The Roost is a contemporary yet proudly traditional Welsh pub - a place to eat, drink and sleep. Set in the heart of The Vale of Glamorgan, we are passionate about using the finest seasonal ingredients in our dishes and we take pride in providing our guests with a dining experience that is a little bit different; incorporating some international cuisine using sustainably and locally sourced produce, served in a warm & inviting setting.

Established in 2019, joining our friendly team is an opportunity to grow with our venue, gaining invaluable knowledge of food, drinks and service.
